The working principle of the drying system for in-line chopped strands is described. Based on the analyses on the common reasons to make the temperature in the drying system out of control and effects of such troubles as screen blocking in the oven and other component failures, it is concluded that in the production of chopped strands, the variation in air flow and in various process parameters should be watched and checked timely so as to ensure normal production.
