现代民歌中蕴涵的古代文化——对湖北房县民歌与古代典籍之间关系的考察

The Elements of Ancient Culture in Modern Folksongs——A Study of the Relationship between Folksongs in Fang County of Hubei Province and the Ancient Classics

目前湖北房县流传的民歌中包含了相当多的古代典籍内容,其中包括一些古代神话故事和《诗经》的歌词。本文研究这些民歌歌词与古代典籍的关系,认为民歌中这些内容并非是依靠口头传播方式直接从远古时代流传下来的;它们是后代乡村知识分子在民歌演唱中借用典籍知识的结果。这表明中国民间文化与精英文化之间存在着特殊的交流关系。

The folk songs that still retain their popularity in the Fang County, Hubei Province, contain a large quantity of ancient classics; some of which include certain fairy tales and lyrics in the Book of Songs. This paper researches on the relationship between the lyrics of the folk songs and the ancient classics, and proves that the content of the folk songs is not orally handed down to later generations, but the result of the efforts of the intellectuals who cited the classics in their performances of folk songs. This relationship demonstrated the unique communications between the folk culture and the elite culture in ancient China.
