江苏省义务教育资源利用效率的调查与思考——基于南京市几所学校的实证研究

Investigation and Reflection on the Efficiency of Utilizing Compulsory Education Resources in Jiangsu Province——Empirical Study Based on Several Schools in Nanjing

生师比、教师质量、生均经费、设备等因素对教育资源利用效率有重要影响。提高教育资源利用效率,需要调整生师比与教师构成,提高教师专业技术水平;适度调整教育投入的校际分配,提高教育经费的使用效率;优化物力资源配置,提高设备的使用率;调整学校规模,实现学校合理布局。

The student-teacher ratio,the quality of teachers,student funding,equipment and other factors have a great impact on the efficient utilization of educational resources.To improve its proficiency,it′s necessary to adjust the student-teacher ratio and the structure of teachers,to increase teachers′ professionally technical competence,to adjust educational input distribution among schools appropriately,to enhance the efficient use of education funding,to optimize the allocation of material resources,to raise the rate of equipment utilization as well as regulating the school size to achieve rational distribution of schools.
