To cultivate college students′ practical capability,the key is their positive and initiative self-cultivation besides good external environment support.The development and maturization of self-awareness is the psychological base of practical capability cultivation.The effective strategies include motivating cultivation motives to strengthen self-awareness,setting scientific goals to make feasible plans;participating activities to broaden cultivating methods,adjusting self-monitoring to optimize its process.
