肱动脉瞬时波强评价单心室患儿心室收缩功能 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨瞬时波强(WI)技术评价单心室患儿心室收缩功能的应用价值。方法应用WI技术对27例单心室患儿和30例健康受检者的肱动脉进行检查,获取WI曲线,自动获得反映左心室收缩功能的W1峰值参数,并对W1与心室瞬时压力变化dP/dt的相关性进行分析。结果单心室患儿W1峰值较对照组显著减低(P<0.01),W1与心室dP/dt呈显著正相关(r=0.874,P<0.01)。结论WI技术可作为评价单心室患儿心室收缩功能的新方法。 Objective To explore the application value of wave intensity (WI) in assessing ventricular systolic function in children with single ventricle. Methods Twenty - seven children with single ventricle and 30 normal subjects were enrolled in the study. Their brachial artery was examined, the W1 curve was obtained, then the Wl peak value was obtained to reflect left ventricular systolic function. The correlation hetween WI and the instantaneous pressure changes (dP/dt)of ventricle was analyzed. Results WI in children with single ventricle was significant lower 4han that in normal group ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was positive correlation between WI and dP/dtmax of ventricle(r = 0. 874,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion WI is a new technique to assessing the ventricular systolic function in children with single ventricle.
