彩色多普勒超声诊断单胎妊娠无心儿

Evaluation of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of acardiacus during monocyesis

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在单胎妊娠无心儿诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析5例产前经彩色多普勒超声诊断的无心胎儿超声图像,总结其声像图特点。结果二维超声图像显示胎体胸腔内无胎心结构及胎心搏动。彩色多普勒血流显像胎体内可见星点状彩色血流信号,沿脊柱及胸骨两侧呈串珠样走行。频谱多普勒显示呈持续充填的低速血流,无搏动信号。结论彩色多普勒超声是诊断胎儿无心儿畸形的首选方法。

Objective To explore the clinical value of CDFI in diagnosis of acardiacus during monocyesis. Methods Five cases of acardiacus were diagnosed by CDFI before childbirth, their sonograms were analyzed retrospectively, and the sonograms feature were summarized. Results Two -dimensional ultrasonic imaging showed that there was no heart structure or pulse in fetal thorax. CDFI showed that there was petechial blood signal in conceptus, string - of - beads courser appeared at both sides of sternum and spine. Spectrum Doppler showed that there was continuous low speed blood signal without pulse. Conclusion CDFI could be the best choice in diagnosis of fetus acardiacus.
