摘要 人棉纤维的结晶度和聚合度低,且吸湿溶胀度高,故匀染透染性差,且易折皱和擦伤。采用直接耐晒嫩黄PG与直接耐晒翠蓝FBL染料拼染人棉织物艳绿色时,根据两者具有不同的温度效应和盐效应,拼染时染色的"终止温度"必须保持稳定,电解质需先少后多逐步施加,并可根据需要添加匀染剂和碱剂,以达到匀染透染效果。 Rayon fiber has low crystallinity and degree of polymerization, and high degree of swelling in water, therefore, it has poor levelness and easily forms crease and friction marks in dyeing process. Rayon fabrics in brilliant green were dyed with the combination of direct fast light yellow PG and turquoise blue FBL. It was pointed out that owing to the different behaviors of two dyes under the same temperature and salt conditions, the end dyeing temperature should be stable, electrolyte should be applied in batches,leveling agent and alkaline agent should be carefully selected to obtain level dyeing and favorable dye penetration.
