摘要
对莱芜钢铁股份有限公司特殊钢厂生产的20CrMnTiH和GCr15钢中TiN析出进行了热力学计算。计算结果表明,在各自液相线温度以上均不会析出TiN,在固相线温度以下析出TiN的条件分别是钛氮浓度积小于9.17×10-5和小于2.34×10-5。
Thermodynamics calculation for TiN precipitating from 20CrMnTiH and GCrl5 have been done in special steel plant of Laigang corporation,the results of thermodynamics calculation showed that the TiN can not be precipitated above each liquid temperature, and TiN will be precipitated under the solid temperature on the condition of concentration plot of Ti and N is smaller than 9.17×10^-5 and 2.34 ×10^-5
