摘要
分析了45t转炉冶炼工艺中存在的问题,对炼钢系统的技术热点问题进行了剖析,并提出进一步理顺工艺的措施和建议,使转炉生产过程控制能力和一倒的命中率得以提高,使冶炼终点命中率达到了80%以上。
The existing problems were analyzed for the smelting process of 45t converter, and the techni- cal hot issues of steelmaking system were analyzed. Measures and suggestions were pointed out to further rationalize the process. The process control ability and hit rate of one heat were improved, and the end of hit rate of smelting reached over 80%.
