摘要
介绍了承钢公司应用铌微合金化技术生产HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的工艺技术和生产情况。经检验,该产品性能完全能满足国家标准要求。实践证明,制定的Nb微合金化技术试制HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的生产工艺合理,生产的产品根据当时的市场行情有显著的经济效益。
The paper introduced the technology and production of Nb micro-alloying HRB400 ribbed re- inforced bar. The testing results showed that the product performance was fully capable to meet the na- tional standard. Practice has proved that the production process of trial HRB400 hot-rolled ribbed steel bars with Nb micro-alloying technology was reasonable, and the products have a significant economic ben- efit in accordance with prevailing market conditions.
