摘要
介绍了工业铝型材淬火工艺,进行了工业铝型材在线淬火工艺试验。试验表明,"喷雾加淬水"的在线淬火方式最容易控制。该工艺应用于生产实践中取得了较好的效果。
Online quenching process of industrial aluminum was introduced, and the according process experiments were done. The resulted showed that the online quenching mode of spraying and quenching was the easiest control mode. Better result was obtained by using the process technology.
