改良手术法治疗乳房良性肿块的临床研究

目的探讨改良切口（弧形切口）在乳房良性肿块切除术中的可行性及临床价值。方法将2005—2008年我院217例乳房良眭肿块患者随机分为研究组（112例，改良切口）和对照组（105例，放射状切口），分析比较两组患者的手术时间、出血量和术后美容效果。结果研究组手术时间为（47±15）min，对照组为（30±10）min，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。研究组出血量为（20±10）ml，对照组为（18±8）ml，两组比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。217例均顺利完成手术，术后无出血、血肿形成及切口感染等并发症。结论改良切口切除乳房良性肿块具有切口隐蔽、不影响乳房外形，符合美学要求，尤适用年轻女性患者。

And analyzed them. Results The operative time study group （ 47 ± 15 ） min; the control group （ 30 ± 10 ） min （ P〈 0.01 ）. The amount of bleeding： study group （ 20 ±10 ） ml, the control group （ 18 ± 8 ） ml （ P〉 0.05 ） .217 cases were successfully completed surgery, no postoperative bleeding, hematoma formation and wound infection complications. Conclusion The modified incision excision of benign breast lumps with the incision hidden, does not affect breast shape, meet the aesthetic requirements, especially for young female patients.
