The Cross-boundary Integration of Shanghai and Chongqing Promoting the Yangtze River Valley's Echo

长江流域港口云集,是太平洋西岸中国繁荣经济带向中西部地区延伸的经济动脉。沪渝—长江首尾两大都市区的跨界整合,不仅契合上海国际航运中心的战略定位,同时也为成渝大都市区发展带来新的机遇。本文通过从美国密西西比河流域开发理念得来的启示,阐释长江黄金水道与流域城市发展的机遇与问题。通过对成渝经济发展内生动力的思考,提出成渝区域发展规划控制的关键所在。

Yangtze River valley is a port densely area, and also the economic artery which is extended from western pacific economic booming belt to the central and western regions. The cross-boundary integration of two metropolitans, Shanghai and Chongqing, can not only fit the strategic positioning of Shanghai International Shipping Center, but also bring new opportunities for the development of Chengdu-Chongqing. Through drawing inspiration from the development philosophy of Mississippi river, explains the opportunities and problems of the urban development of Yangtze River golden waterway and valley. And based on the thinking of endogenous dynamic of Chengdu-Chongqing economic development, raises the key factor of the development of Chengdu-Chongqing regional planning control.
