抬高罐基础标高、采用斜平底储罐、装车站台分散布置、设置罐组装船泵等,能使港口散装液体化工品装卸管线最短、最简单,并能自流排尽;配以氮气吹扫,正常作业时能降低残漏损耗,并杜绝废水的产生;采用气液二相平衡系统进行收发料,采取降低呼吸损耗等措施,可降低蒸发损耗。

Thirdly, those to handle the liquid by the gas - liquid two - phase equilibrium system and to reduce the breath loss can reduce the vaporized loss.
