紫外辐射接枝制备荷负电聚砜中空纤维膜 被引量:4

摘要 以聚砜(PSF)中空纤维超滤膜为基体,通过紫外辐射的方法接枝2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS),制得荷负电聚砜中空纤维膜,并研究辐照时间、单体浓度对膜纯水通量的影响;利用红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜分析膜接枝前后组成和形貌的变化.结果表明:辐射接枝后的中空纤维膜表面引入了磺酸基荷负电基团,膜表面的水接触角显著减小:在辐照时间2 min、单体质量分数0.5%、阻聚剂质量分数0.5%、交联剂质量分数0.15%的条件下,膜的纯水通量达最大值92.46 L(/m2.h),比原膜提高了82.04%;对硫酸钠溶液截留实验表明,荷负电膜对硫酸钠截留率有所提高,由此可以证明荷负电膜的荷电效应. A negative charged membrane was prepared by UV-irradiation grafting of 2-Acrylanmido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid on the PSF uhrafihration membrane, and the effects of the irradiation time and the monomer concentration on the membrane performances were studied. The charged membrane was characterized by attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR-ATR) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM). The infrared spectrum showed that the sulfonic group was introduced into the membrane. The orthogonal experimental shows that when the irradiation time was 2 min, the concentration of monomer was 0.5%, the concentration of polymerization inhibitor was 0.5%, the concentration of cross linker was 0.15%, the pure water flux of the charged membrane achieved to the maximum 92.46 L/(m^2·h), and it was significant increased about 82.04%, compared to that of the original membrane. Solution of sodium retention experiment show that the negcctively charged membrane to the soidum retention rate has inereased it can proved that the charging effect of charged membrane.
