摘要
以钛酸丁酯为前驱体采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2溶胶,并采用浸轧的方法对聚丙烯纺粘非织造布进行了整理.试样整理前后强力的变化表明:TiO2溶胶整理后的聚丙烯纺粘非织造布光氧化降解速度加快,并且当钛酸丁酯与水的体积比为10∶1时,所得TiO2溶胶对聚丙烯纺粘非织造布的光氧化降解效果最好.
Titania sol was prepared using Ti(OC4Hg)4 as a precursor with the sol-get method, and the prepared titania sol was used to finish the polypropylene spun-bonded nonwovens with the dip padding process. Comparison between the break strength of the finished sample and that of the unfinished sample shows that the finished polypropylenes nonwovens with the titania sol photodegrade faster, and the 10:1 volume ratio of Ti(OCaH9)4 and water gives the produced titania sol the best photocatalytic degradation effect.
