Quantity & Quality Analysis of Seven Kinds of Large-scale Medical Equipment

目的:全面掌握医院现有大型设备的利用率。方法:通过对近3a来7种大型医疗设备的实际诊断时数、检出阳性率、设备利用率等方面分析设备的有效利用率;通过对设备原值、设备残值、年收益额、年支出额分析投资回收期。结果:7种大型医疗设备有6种有效利用率超过了100%。结论:以上分析结果为医院设备管理委员会提供了较为全面的数据,为设备采购与管理提供了更为科学的依据。

Objective To discuss the utilization rate of large-scale medical equipment. Methods The availability of the seven kinds of large-scale medical equipment was studied from the aspects of diagnosis hours, detected positive rate and utilization rate in the past three years. The payback period was discussed by the analyses of the initial price, remaining value, and annual gain ＆ expenditure. Results Of the seven kinds of large-scale medical equipment, 6 ones had the availability more than 100%. Conclusion The analysis provides complete data for the hospital management committee for medical equipment, and thus the procurement and management of medical equipment are improved greatly.
