摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、激光拉曼光谱(Raman)及化学分析法等测试技术对4种PAN基3K炭纤维(2种国产炭纤维、1种国外原丝国内炭化纤维、一种日本炭纤维)的表面形貌、组织结构及化学组成等方面进行了表征,并分析了材料的微观结构组织与宏观性能的关系。结果表明:相比日本炭纤维,国产炭纤维表面缺陷多、微观结构不完整、R值大、杂质含量多等因素决定了其具有较低的拉伸强度。
The morphologies,mierostruetures and surface ebemieal compositions of four types of carbon fibers were investigated by SEM, HRTEM, XRD, Raman and chemical analysis measurements. At the same time, the relationship between mierostrueture and properties of the e^ben fibers was analysed. Compared with HTA earben fiber, the domestic carbon fiber exhibits a lower tension strength owing to its more sudaee defects and bad mierostrueture,bigger R value and more impurity content.
