Analysis for highest temperature of lidded ring baking furnace with 36 rooms and fire shaft

为了确定36室带盖有火井环式焙烧炉焙烧最高温度,对36室环式焙烧炉温度场及电极芯部温度进行了测试,对试验数据进行研究,结果表明,采用焙烧最高温度1150℃,保温40h,360h/10室运转完全可以满足焙烧品的质量要求。

In order to determine the highest temperature of lidded ring baking furnace with 36 rooms and fire shaft, the tem- peratures in the baking furnace and the core of the electrode were tested, and the data achieved were analysed. The results show that the temperature - rising procedure, i.e., the running circle of 360 h per 10 rooms, highest temperature of baking of 1 150 ℃ and heating preservation for 40h, can meet the quality need of products.
