Oral Health Behaviors of Five-years-old Children in Shaanxi Province

目的了解陕西省学龄前儿童口腔健康行为现状,为开展儿童口腔保健工作提供基线资料支持。方法采用多阶段、分层、等容量、随机抽样的方法,随机抽取陕西省5岁儿童家长,按照《第三次全国口腔健康流行病学问卷调查方案》中5岁儿童家长问卷,由调查员现场面对面调查,并现场收集所有资料。结果儿童每天进食至少1次以上的食品主要是碳酸饮料(81.11%)、果汁(78.33%)、糖水(64.44%)、糖果或巧克力(53.61%)、甜点心(33.89%)。50.0%的儿童曾有睡前吃甜食的行为。46.9%儿童刷牙频率为每天1次以上。使用含氟牙膏者为56.67%。77.8%的家长没有带孩子看过牙,儿童看牙主要原因为外伤(29.1%)、牙痛(18.2%)和牙齿有问题(58.2%)。结论陕西省儿童没有养成良好的口腔保健行为,家长对儿童的口腔健康不够重视,家长和儿童的保健意识有待进一步加强。

Objective To assess the oral health behaviors among 5-years-old children in Shaanxi province, and to provide evidence for implementing oral health education. Methods 360 children,（ aged 5 years） parents were selected in Shaanxi according to Chinese the Third National Oral Health Investigation criteria and the oral health behaviors of children were investigated by questionnaire. Results The participates of carbonated drinks（81.11% } , fruit juice（78.33% ） , saccharine（64.44% ） , candy/chocolate（53.61% ） , dessert（33.89% ）. About 50.0% children had the habit to consume sweet food before sleeping. The frequency of tooth brushing once or twice per day was 46.9%, 77.8% children had a blank history of dental service in the past year. The percentage of ehildrents dental were trauma （ 29.1% ）, toothache （ 18.2% ） and dental problems （ 58.2% ）. Conclusion Oral health behaviors of 5-year-old children in Shaanxi province is irrationality, and needed to be adjusted and improved.
