某高校教职工及学生对抗生素不良反应认知情况调查 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解高校教职工及大学生对抗生素药物不良反应的认知情况,为引导高校师生合理正确用药提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法,对2006年3-10月参加健康体检的某高校教职工及学生共4 980名进行抗生素不良反应认知调查。结果药物不良反应的知晓率为98.2%;知识获得途径占首位的为医务人员,占32.89%。每个年龄段都有60%以上的人对抗生素的认知存在误区;有16.16%的人自己选择药物,有16.95%的人听他人建议选择药物;发生药物不良反应后,有2.27%的人选择自行更换药物,0.38%的人选择继续用药。结论高校大学生及教职工对抗生素不良反应的认知度较低,应该大力加强对高校社区内民众的抗生素药物不良反应的宣传及教育,严格医生对抗生素的规范使用。 Objective To learn cognitive status about side-effect of antibiotics among college students and staff members, in order to provide basis for leading reasonable right medication among them. Methods By using questionnaire survey method, 4 980 college students and staff members in one college who had health examination from March to October 2006 were investigated. Results The awareness rate of side-effect of antibiotics was 98.2%, 32.89% knew it from medical personnel which is the biggest proportion. There were over 60% subjects in each age group had misunder- standing about antibiotics. There were 16.16% subjects choosing medicine independently and 16.95% choosing medicine with suggestion from others.. When side-effect of drug occurred, 2.27% changed their medicine voluntarily, 0.38% used the medicine continuously. Conclusion The awareness rate of side-effect of antibiotics is low among college students and staff members, propaganda and education about it should be enhanced among crowd in college community. Canonical use of antibiotics among doctors should be stressed.
