This article introduces the situations of listed foreign companies in global exchanges, and analyzes the factors that determine whether foreign companies can be listed successfully in exchanges. Then this article points out the important significance of foreign companies listing in Shanghai Stock Exchange. Based on international experience, this article analyzes the obstacles and problems that we will face during foreign companies listing in our exchanges, and give some helpful advices.
