磁处理对超硬工具胎体组织及性能影响的研究

摘要 为提高金刚石工具的性能和使用寿命,采用自制的实验模具将加热后的金刚石结块试件固定在交变磁场中进行了通磁处理,并通过磁处理前后结块试件的HRB硬度值、组织致密度和冲击韧性的对比测试,分析了交变磁处理对金刚石结块组织及性能的影响.实验发现:经过交变磁处理,胎体内部颗粒轮廓消失,孔隙球化减小,晶粒细化,合金组织更加均匀化、致密化;磁处理后试件硬度得到了提高,HRB硬度平均提高3.6个硬度值;磁处理对试件冲击韧性影响显著,冲韧性提高30%以上.研究结果表明:交变磁处理可以有效改善金刚石工具胎体材料的组织及性能. In order to improve the performance and service life of diamond tool,a heated diamond agglomeration specimen was fixed and treated in alternate magnetic field using self-developed experimental mould. Through the tests on HRB hardness,compactness and impact toughness,the effects of alternate magnetic treatment on diamond agglomeration structure and its mechanical performance were analyzed by comparison. Results indicate that,after magnetic treatment,the figure of grains disappears inside the tyre structure,the pore space sphere is decreased,grains are refined and the crystal structure of alloy becomes more uniform and compacter;The hardness degree is improved,the HRB is enhanced more than 3.6. Magnetic treatment can remarkably affect the impact toughness,and it can be enhanced by more than 30%. It is revealed that alternate magnetic treatment can effectively improve the structure of diamond tool tyre material and its mechanical performance.
