The research recapitulative concluded Four times of culture climaxes in the Regional Cultural phylogeny of HUBEI province.It expounded the culture relevancy between the cultural phylogeny and WUHAN cultural circle. Finally, this research generalized the basic characters of HUBEI provincial regional Architectural Culture, Architectural Aesthetics and Architectural Language.
