肉眼下翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植临床分析

Clinical Analysis of primary pterygium excision combined with limbal stem cell transplantation under direct vision

目的观察肉眼下翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法对150例（150只眼）原发翼状胬肉患者在肉眼下行翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植，观察术后复发情况。结果术后随诊1～12个月，10例复发，复发率为6．67％。结论肉眼下翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗原发翼状胬肉，能有效降低胬肉术后复发率，是目前医疗条件下较为理想的手术方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the pterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation for the treatment of primary pterygium under naked eyes. Methods All 150 cases （ 150 eyes） received the surgery ofpterygium excision with limbal stem cell transplantation and ob- served the recurrent rate. Results Followed up 1 -12 months, reoccurred in 10 cases, the recurrent rate was 6.67 %. Conclusions The surgery ofpterygium excision combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplan- tation for the treatment of primary pterygium under direct vision can effectively reduce the recurrence of pterygium, it is ideal surgical methods in current medical conditions.
