前臂动静脉内瘘吻合术105例临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析血液透析用前臂动静脉内瘘吻合手术经验,提高建立理想血管通路的成功率。方法:回顾性分析本院肾内科于1999年7月-2006年12月105例血液透析患者行内瘘吻合手术的临床资料,应用单因素方差分析和x^2检验,统计并比较直视下钛轮钉吻合法,显微镜下端端吻合法及显微镜下端侧吻合法的手术时间和2年内瘘通畅率。结果:3组在手术时间上差异无显著性。2年内瘘通畅率分别为钛轮钉吻合法74.3%,端端吻合法88.6%,端侧吻合法达94.2%,组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:前臂端侧吻合是动静脉内瘘的首选方法。 Objective:To summarize the experience of hemodialysis of forearm arteriovenous fistula for improving the procedure of setting up proper vascular route. Methods :105 hemodialysis cases set up forearm arteriovenous fistula from Jul. 1999 to Dec 2006 were studied retrospectively. The operation time and lucid rate over 2 years were statistically analyzed in fistula of titanium nail, fistula of end-end anastomosis and fistula of end-side anastomosis. Results:There were no significant difference at 3 groups' operative time. In fistula of titanium nail, the lucid rate was 74.3% over 2 years. In fistula of end-end anastomosis,the lucid rate was 88.6% over 2 years. In fistula of end-side anastomosis,the lucid rate was 94.2% over 2 years. There were significant difference at 3 groups comparison each other( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The forearm end-side anastomosis is first-chosen the application of operation.
