多层螺旋CT肺功能成像技术在慢性阻塞性肺部疾病中应用 被引量:3

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺部疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是引起全世界慢性病发病率及死亡率升高的主要原因。WHO统计,COPD是全球死因的第6位,而且可以预计,未来几十年,其发病率及死亡率将更进一步提高。WHO对COPD所下的定义:一种具有气流受限特征的肺部疾病,气流受限不完全可逆,通常呈渐进性发展,并与肺部对有毒颗粒或气体异常的炎性反应有关。
