灯盏花素对AD模型小鼠学习记忆能力的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究灯盏花素对AD模型小鼠学习记忆的影响。方法:选用东莨菪碱造模的雄性KM小鼠,用小鼠跳台仪测试行为学指标,采用黄嘌呤氧化酶比色法测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、硫代巴比妥酸法测定脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量、三硝基苯比色法测定脑内胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性。结果:灯盏花素能明显降低模型小鼠错误次数,延长错误潜伏期;显著提高血清和脑组织SOD活性,降低MDA含量;明显降低脑组织AchE活性。结论:灯盏花素能改善造模小鼠的学习记忆功能,其机制可能与提高SOD活性、降低脑组织脂质过氧化物的含量、抑制AchE活性有关。 Objective:To study the effect of breviscapine in model mice by measuring learning and memory ability and some biochemical indexes in brain tissue and serum.Methods:The step-down avoidance test was used to observe the learning and memory ability of model mice.Biochemical methods were used to determine the activity of SOD 、AchE and the content of MDA in brain tissue and serum.Results:(1) Breviscapine could significantly improve the memory of model mice.(2) Compared with the control group,breviscapine could increase the activities of SOD and decrease the content of MDA in the brain tissue and serum obviously ;Breviscapine could also significantly decrease the activity of AchE in the brain tissue.Conclusion:Breviscapine could improve the ability of learning and memory of model mice,and its mechanism might involve in reducing the level of peroxidation in brain tissue.
