地龙对大鼠大脑局灶性脑缺血损伤保护作用研究 被引量:41

The protective effects of earthworm(地龙) on cerebral injury after focal ischemic reperfusion in rats

摘要 目的:观察地龙水提取物对大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法:大鼠提前14天灌胃地龙水提取物(相当生药量1~4g/kg)后,采用大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察大鼠行为学变化、大脑中动脉闭塞侧脑梗死面积、脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(S()D)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平的变化。结果:与缺血再灌注损伤组比较,地龙液组脑功能受损程度明显改善,大脑中动脉闭塞侧脑梗死面积明显缩小,脑组织SOD与GSH-Px水平显著升高,MDA、IL-1β、TNF-α水平显著下降且呈剂量依赖关系。结论:地龙液对大鼠大脑缺血再灌注诱导的氧自由基、脂质过氧化、各种炎性因子损伤具有良好的保护作用。 Objective:To study the protective effect of earthworm-liquid on cerebral injury after focal ischemic reperfusion in rats.Methods:Before the animal model was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO),each rat was treated with earthworm-liquid at dose 1~4g/kg by intragastric administration.We investigated the neurological deficits scores,cerebral occlusion index,the activities of SOD,GSH-Px and the content of MDA,IL-1β,TNF-α.Results:earthworm-liquid can significantly reduce the neurological deficits scores,cerebral occlusion index,decrease the content of MDA,IL-1β,TNF-α,increase SOD and GSH-Px activity.Conclusion:Earthworm has the neuroprotective effect against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats via its antioxidant activity.
