绵茵陈与茵陈蒿保肝作用比较研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:前期研究发现绵茵陈和茵陈蒿的HPLC指纹图谱差别较大,本研究的目的是比较绵茵陈和茵陈蒿对化学性肝损伤保肝效应是否存在差异。方法:采用CCl4造成小鼠化学性肝损伤模型,进行血清酶指标、肝组织脂质过氧化指标检测及肝脏病理组织学检查,比较绵茵陈和茵陈蒿及二者组成的茵陈蒿汤的保肝作用差异。结果:茵陈蒿与绵茵陈及其复方茵陈蒿汤均有一定的降酶作用。绵茵陈、茵陈蒿及其复方均能降低CCl4肝损伤组织脂质过氧化的程度,茵陈蒿提高SOD酶的作用比绵茵陈稍强。病理组织学变化未观察到二者及复方明显的差异。结论:绵茵陈和茵陈蒿在化学性肝损伤的保肝效应上差异不显著,其与化学成分的较大差异的相关性有待进一步分析。
