解读了文化多样性的理念及文化多样性与多元文化教育的关系,并立足于文化多样性的视角,提出现代多元文化教育的主要发展趋向为:以文化多样化和谐发展为价值追求;以培养学生跨文化的适应力与发展力为使命;以与国际教育接轨、合作为途径;以普遍在学校设置多元文化课程为手段。

This paper analysis the concept of cultural diversity, the relationship of cultural diversity and multicultural education. Based on the perspective of cultural diversity,it presented the main trends of modern multicultural educa- tion,to pursuit the harmonious development of cultural diversity ;to foster the student＇s cross -cultural adaptability and power of development; to enhance the cooperation with international education; to set up multi - cultural curriculum in schools.
