As a power grid enterprise＇s annual business objectives and concrete implementation plan, comprehensive plan has become both an important basis to guide development and management and a significant criterion to examine effectiveness of work. The existing problems are presented based on the in-depth investigation into the status quo of comprehensive plan management. The closed-loop management of comprehensive plan is proposed to improve the management level.
