摘要
本文研究了催化裂化装置(FCCU)的优化控制问题,提出了适合于这种复杂工业过程的多变量预测控制策略,在集散控制系统上(DCS)实现,获得了满意的控制效果。
This paper studied the optimization of fluid catalytic cracking units (FCCU). A design method of multivariable predictive control for the complex industrial processes is proposed,which is based on model predictive control algorithm. Simulation results and the practical application show that the proposed control strategies are of good performance.
