摘要
本文选用日本SHIMADEN公司的智能数字调节器为基本控制器，以工业PC机为上位机，采用基于WIN-DOWS平台的组态运行软件，构成了一种先进实用的XF2000小型DCS系统。文中介绍了该DCS系统的硬件组成和软件功能，并以一理化实验装置温度控制为对象，进行了实际应用，获得了较满意的控制结果。
A small scale DCS named XF2000 was developed in this paper. It was configured by intelligent digital controller and WINDOWS operating system software. XF2000 DCS system was applied to a chemical laboratory test control, and satisfactory control results was achieved.
