This article presents the integrated automatic tracking and scientific data acquisition system of balloon borne x-ray detector which is used for astronomical observations. The STD bus standard and multi-CPU parallel processing mode are applied to the system.It can implement the automatic tracking observation and scientific data acquisition to several celestial bodies based on GPS.
