摘要
水电梯级开发对环境的影响是多层次、多目标的复杂灰色系统,为了优化规划环评技术导则中在生态评价方面对环境可行规划方案的比选方法有一个明确的结论,文章应用灰色关联度分析法评价中国西南地区某流域梯级水电开发对流域内水生生物的影响;通过比较各方案与最理想方案的灰色关联度,确定了最优方案;进而证明了将灰色关联度分析法应用于水电规划环境影响评价,不仅可以量化水电梯级规划对环境的影响程度,而且更有利于多个开发方案的比较优选。
The impact of cascade hydropower development on environment is a muhi-level, multi-objective and complex system. In order to optimize the comparison and selection method for environmental feasibility planning option with respect to ecological assessment, the impact of cascade hydropower development in a river basin in Southwest China on the aquatic organism in the basin is evaluated by gray relational analysis method. Through comparison of the gray relationship between various options and the best one, the optimal option is selected. It proves that the application of gray relational analysis method in environmental impact assessment for hydropower planning can not only quantize the impact of cascade hydropower planning on environment, but also facilitate the comparison and selection among various development options.
