关联理论(Relevance Theory)是斯珀伯(Sperber)和威尔逊(Wilson)提出一种语用学理论。其中提出了不同于传统意义的语境观,涉及交际中语境的必然性与或然性的问题的讨论。在关联理论语境观的基础上,本文深入剖析语境的或然性特征,以解读关联理论中语境观的非传统意义,理解其认知的意义。

Relevance Theory , which was put forward by Sperber,D. and Wilson, D. , is a kind of pragmatic theory. In the theory, the point of view on context is quite different from traditional ones. It discusses the problem--Is the context given or chosen？ Based on the Relevance Theory, this paper is attempted to explore the characteristics of context for the further interpretations on chosen context.
