摘要
污泥农用的关键性问题是如何有效降低城市污水处理厂污泥中重金属总量。本文针对太原市污泥中重金属的特性,以太原市城市污泥作为培养基质,利用以硫代硫酸钠作为生长基质进行生命活动的氧化亚铁硫杆菌和氧化硫硫杆菌来淋滤去除污泥中的重金属,研究了不同菌种对污泥生物淋滤过程中Zn去除效果的影响。
How to remove the total amount of heavy metals efficiently from sludge was the key problem of its land application. According to the character-istic of heavy metals in sewage sludge of Taiyuan city, sewage sludge and so-dium thiosulfate were adopted as culture medium and substrate to cultivate Th-iobacillus ferrooxidans (T.f) and ThiobaciUus thiooxidans (T.t) for heavy metal re-moval in the present study, and different strains influencing the effect of the removal of Zn during the bioleaching process were studied.
