安徽铜陵牡丹皮适宜采收期的研究

Study on the Optimal Harvest Time of Medicinal Peony in Anhui Tongling

目的:研究安徽铜陵牡丹皮适宜采收期,为牡丹皮基地提供科学依据。方法:选铜陵2002年秋季移栽的3年生牡丹植株,2005年生长季节,每月定期采样30株,测定根干鲜重及根中丹皮酚的含量。结果:从产量上分析,6月之后,牡丹地下部显著增重,根部干物质积累平均为52.4g;从丹皮酚的含量分析,移栽3年生牡丹植株均已达到《中国药典》标准,其中以8月份丹皮酚含量较高,为2.2%。从不同年限、不同等级牡丹皮的生产率分析,移栽3年、4年干重比前1年增加率都在10%以上,移栽4年的牡丹皮一、二级所占比例较高,为47.8%。所以采收应选择移栽4年后的牡丹皮。结论:安徽铜陵牡丹皮采收年限应在移栽第4年的8月下旬～9月中旬。

Objective： To provide the support for medical cortex moutan base through the research on the growth characteristics of medical cortex moutan and the optimal harvest time. Methods： Measure the root dry weight and the paeonal content of medicinal peony growing for three years. Results： The accumulation of root dry weight is increasing after June and the average volume is 52.4g; The paeonal content have reached the guideline of Chinese pharmacopoeia after the medical cortex moutan growing for three years, which is 2.2% , highest of the whole year, in late August ; The accumulation ratio is above 10% for 3 years or 4 years compared with last year and the proportion of higher grade goods is higher in the fourth year, which is 47.8%. Conclusion： The medical cortex moutan should be harvested between the late August and the mid-September in Anhui Tongling, after growing for four years.
