回顾了日本民营铁道事业的历史,介绍了日本民营铁道协会的组织机构以及民营铁道经营的现状,并对90年代末期民营铁道经营滑坡的现象进行了分析,认为21世纪中民营铁道的前景仍然广阔.
The development of Japanese Private Railways(JPR) has been running the first in advanced countries. Retrospeting to the history, the structure and the present conditions of Japanese Private Railways, the author exposes the main reasons which had caused a big slip in JPR operation in the late 90 s, but takes an opstimistic view of their future development
