Considering the particularity and importance of the management of Removal Project at the earlier stage of urban elevated rail construction, the author argues that an efficient management organ shall be established to strengthen the professional management and entrust specialized companies with responsibility for the Project. The author also insists that the investment system and the compensation for removal losses shall be further reformed to meet the needs of social development, and the establishment of specialized companies as well as the honest administration in the Project be further strengehened.
