新生儿毒性红斑并发脓疱疮与单纯性脓疱疮用莫匹罗星软膏与紫草油联合治疗的疗效观察

Efficacy of combined treatment of Bactroban (mupirocin) with Lithospermum oil in treatment of neonatal toxic erythema complicated with impetigo and simple impetigo.

目的观察用莫匹罗星软膏与紫草油联合治疗新生儿脓疱疮的疗效。方法将所有患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用紫草油,观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率(94.4%)明显高于对照组(77.1%)(χ2=4.33,P<0.05)。结论莫匹罗星软膏与紫草油联合治疗新生儿脓疱疮效果显著。

Objective To observe the efficacy of combined application of Bactroban （mupirocin） and shikonin oil in treatment of neonatal impetigo. Methods All pediatric patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group, patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment, patients in trial group were treated by conventional treatment in addition with shikonin oil, and their therapeutic effects were observed. Results The result of treatment in patients of trial group has significantly higher efficacy （ χ^2 = 4.33, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of additional shikonin oil in treatment of neonatal impetigo is remarkable.
