膀胱阴道瘘23例治疗体会

The treatment of vesicovaginal fistula of 23 cases

目的探讨膀胱阴道瘘的手术治疗方法。方法收集23例膀胱阴道瘘患者,均经过诊断证实诊断。其中经阴道途径修补10例,经腹部途径修补13例。结果手术后6个月回访21例痊愈,2例复发。结论膀胱阴道瘘的手术治疗效果与术前仔细体格检查和手术中的仔细解剖有密切关系。

Objectives To summary vesicovaginal fistula（VVF） surgery method of treatment. Methods Twenty - three cases of patients were diagnosed. Surgical repairs were operated, 10 cases transvaginally and 13 cases transabdominally. Results All the the twenty - three cases after surgery were follow - up 6 - months, 2 cases recurrence. Conclusion The efficacy of vesicovaginal fistula, has the close relation in the inspection before surgery and surgery＇s careful dissection in the operation.
