摘要
提出一种符合未来发展要求的网络化不停车收费系统,论述了分组交换网络的交换原理与机制,分析了本方案的组网方式、数据容量和时延特性,从理论上说明了本方案的可行性并从工程上说明了本方案的可操作性。
This paper puts forward a method of electronic toll to satisfy the need of future, discusses the principle of packet switch, analyzes the network state, singnal capacity and singnal delay of the scheme, explane the feasibility from theory and operational engineering. The paper has a good explore from two fields of CTInet construction and electronic toll system in our country.
