急诊创伤患者心理应激障碍调查分析 被引量：3

摘要 为研究急诊创伤患者心理状态，探讨急诊创伤患者的心理应激特点及规律，为急诊临床工作提供第一手资料，适应新形势下急诊工作的需要。近年来，笔者对接诊的急诊创伤患者进行创伤评分（trauma scor，TS），然后按照创伤后应激障碍（PTSD）量表（PCL—C）评分，发现急诊创伤患者存在不同程度的心理应激障碍，尤其是重症患者．需要心理干预。现分析如下。
