股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨转子间不稳定骨折 被引量：3

摘要 股骨转子间骨折是老年人常见的骨折，原则上应早期手术治疗。目前普遍使用的内固定系统有动力髋螺钉（DHS）、Gamma钉及股骨近端髓内钉（PFN）等。本院自2003年4月至2006年4月．采用PFN治疗老年股骨转子间不稳定骨折38例，疗效满意。现总结报告如下。
