摘要
通过对湿式多片制动器在紧急制动工况下瞬态温度场的有限元分析计算,揭示出摩擦副横截面内温度场的分布规律,提出了防止湿式多片制动器发生破坏的一些措施。
On the basis of the finite element calculation of transient temperature fields in urgent braking, this paper reveals the distribution rules of temperature on the cross section of a pair of friction plates, and proposes some safety measures to prevent the failure of a multiple disc wet brake. The experimental results verify the accuracy of the distribution rules of temperature.
