在乡土社会中,生存秩序是第一位的。在未出现纠纷的日常生活交往中,村民的行事策略是基于现有村落的生产关系与交际网络的清晰理解和准确把握;而一旦出现纠纷,首要的考虑不是对纠纷利益的获取,而是对破坏了的关系网络的修复与生存结构的重组,以保证未来的长远利益。为此,村民需要权衡究竟诉讼会给这样的策略带来什么:积极推动效应还是消极负面影响。选择还是不选择诉讼依赖于特定地域下的社会情境与双方间的互动关系,而非单纯地为了纠纷利益。

In the rural society, survival order is the first point. When disputes do not appear and in the daily lives, the villagers＇ strategy is based on the producing relations and networks. But the event of a dispute, the primary purpose is not the interests of the dispute, but to restore the relationship networks and reorganize the survial structures in order to ensure the future long - term interests. Villagers need to weigh up such a strategy ： active or negative effects. Choice or not depend on the particular geographic social context and the interaction between two sides, rather than simply the intersts of the dispute.
