龙文化经过了创生、发展、升华三个阶段,龙的历史职能为司水灵物、通天神兽、人杰喻体、皇权象征、吉祥瑞符、民族标志,其精神底蕴是容合、福生、谐天、奋进;龙文化的重要使命是为和谐社会提供动力、为百姓生活增添福乐、为民族团结举起徽帜、为世界和平昭彰公理、为人类文明奉献智慧。
The dragon culture goes through three stages： creation,development and distillation. The historical functions of dragon are water control creature,heavenly animal, vehicle of the excellent, symlol of royalty, sign of fortune, mark of a nationafity.lt＇s spiritual implication includes tolerance, fortune, harnony and defiance. The significant mission of the dragon culture is to provide harmonious society with dynamism, add happiness to the life of common people, hold high the great harmer of national udty, express theorem for world peace and contribute wisdom for human civilization.
