摘要
针对目前精品课程建设的重要性，该文提出了基于web的精品课程教学平台的设计方案，首先给出精品课程教学平台的总体架构，然后对系统数据库进行设计，接着介绍系统所需的关键技术，最后，给出了关键模块的实现方法。
According to the importance about Excellent Course Construction, this thesis proposes the education platform for Excellent Course Construction, Firstly, it presents the overall structure of the platform, Secondly, it analyzes database design, then some key technology are presented, in the end it elaborates the key modules implemental methods.
